Shipping

FOR CANDLES/ SMALL HOME GOODS

All fragrance orders/ small goods in the USA will incur a flat $6.50 charge for items 5 lbs and under( unless otherwise stated), which includes shipping and handling. All items 5 lbs and over will be charged based on weight. We understand the importance of packaging, so handling is an important part of our checkout process.

We do not ship internationally, unless otherwise noted. Please email us if you are interested in international delivery to receive a custom quote.

Small home goods and candles are shipped within 10 business days.

FOR FURNITURE

For our furniture orders, we currently offer $6.50 flat rate shipping on our handmade furniture pieces under 20lbs.  Oversized furniture pieces have a flat rate of $49. This does NOT include Hawaii and Alaska and is only applicable to the mainland. If you are looking for shipping outside of the mainland, please contact us for a custom quote.

Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 3pm PST will be shipped out within 14-21 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be handled within 14-21 business days beginning on that following Monday. Unless otherwise noted.

For large furniture items, work with various freighters for curbside delivery to offer the most economical way of shipping. Once ready to ship, we will email you and our freighters will give you a ring to notify you of your incoming shipment. Please allow anywhere from 7-21 business days for your item to arrive, depending on your location.

Handling:  We are a small business of 2 + a grandma pup.  So everything is packed and inspected by our own hands.  Due to increase in orders, please allow 10-21 business days for handling before shipping.  

Local pick up: For orders that are local to Los Angeles, you may pick them up from our warehouse.  We will coordinate if that is the option you choose at checkout.

Preorder Shipping

Preorder dates are tentative and change due to freight conditions which are out of our hands.  We will always email preorder customers to inform of any changes.  Once preorder items land in our facilities, we work to handle and prep them for shipping.  Prepping can take up to 15 business days before shipping.  Once shipped, an email will be sent out to inform of its shipment.

Fed Ex / USPS

Items shipped thru USPS and Fed EX will have automatic tracking updated.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Purchases made in states that take a sales tax will show at checkout.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. International Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your tote, you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your tote or to change the shipping method or address if applicable.
