Every order is checked by our QA team and confirmed before they are packaged and shipped. Each custom design project is handled personally. We trouble shoot when needed and always offer alternatives as we understand this space.

We know that sourcing and dealing with international shipping can be daunting. That is why we offer white glove sourcing services. If you need someone to help you with the logistics and back end work, we are here. projects must have a minimum of 6 months notice to account for travel time as well as design work
we can also source pieces that lend to that resort and natural aesthetic. Examples are natural pendant lights, specialty umbrellas, and smaller home decor items.
we are only taking on larger commercial/residential projects. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not taking on projects that involve less than 10 pieces.
