RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

FURNITURE/ HANDICRAFT: 

We are a small company and since most of our items are one of a kind and time consuming to construct, we currently do not offer refunds on any of our handmade pieces.  This will be reflected in the description of all our handmade products as well.  We do however offer exchanges for another furniture item of equal value.   This can be done at our studio.  

CANDLES: 
The Wicked Boheme will gladly refund or exchange any untarnished or unused fragrance merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. 
 

EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Currently, we only offer exchanges on another item of equal price. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, please contact us at info@thewickedboheme.com to start the exchange process. Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the purchaser.

- Returns/Exchanges should be sent back with a tracking number via USPS, UPS, or Fed EX with a invoice form from us.

RETURNS

If you simply want a refund, contact us at info@thewickedboheme.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include this number with your return, and send the items to the address below. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable/insured shipping method in case your package gets lost in transit.
